It has been brought to my attention that a number of families have not received the latest announcements that have been sent out thorough our Age Group mailing list. I am in the process of trying to troubleshoot the issues, but all currently registered families are still on the active mailing list, and some are receiving the email notifications as usual. Until we figure out exactly what the problem is all further announcements will be posted to this web page at which time I will notify everyone via our WhatsApp messaging group that a new announcement has been posted. If you were a family that did not receive the announcement sent out 1/21/24 please let me know. Thank you for your patience while we get this all figured out.

Practice Schedule Update
Due to some updated scheduling at the pool, and a JSerra Girls Water Polo Tournament that will be hosted on campus on Thursday, 1/25, practice is being moved to Monday, 1/22 during its regularly schedule times.
We recognize the short notice on this change and understand that some of you may have scheduling conflicts that prevent you from getting to practice on Monday.
Athlete Cell Phone Policy
In an attempt to create a more focused learning environment, and to aid in our continued efforts to develop more meaningful relationships and friendships among our athlete, we have implemented a new cell phone/device policy. Athletes, when they walk through the gate, both at practice and at games, have been ask that cell phones stay in their pockets or bags. We have also extend this policy to all times that athletes are tog\ether during official team functions including team meals and events. Phones can always be used to call or message a parent if needed, we just ask that athletes let coaches know prior to using their phone or device. This policy has been explained to athletes at practice, and we have asked athletes to help remind each other of the expectations moving forward.
Futures League Recap
This weekend’s competition served as another great reminder of how fortunate we are to be surrounded and supported by such and remarkable group of parents. Coaches and athletes could hear the steadfast encouragement coming from the stands and represented our club in such a positive way, especially with officials and opponents. A special thank you goes out to our amazing group of Team Parents for organizing meals, snacks, and hydrations, and for all of you that stepped forward and jumped right into scoring on the 6-8 Game Desk app. The Futures League is the premier club league in the country and is made up of the top club programs in the country. While there will be times that we may have to commute a little further to compete, the league will provide us with meaningful opportunities to compete and develop. We appreciate everyone’s efforts to support the Futures League and our participation in it.
6-8 App Update
We will be working with 6-8 Sports next week to get all our game data and results from the 6-8 challenge uploaded and synced everyone can take a closer look at what data is being captured and how it is presented to each user on the platform. We hope to have all the kinks worked out by the time we get back to competition next week and will provide everyone with updates once they become available.

Age group athletes will jump back into action next weekend as a part of the SPA League and Patriot Invite. Game times are listed below with the schedule for next week. More detailed information, including game day details, team rosters and payment information will be emailed out later this week.
